Arhaus is seeking a Manager, Growth Marketing to lead our paid media strategy and execution across paid social, display, video, search and emerging channels. In this highly data-driven, creative role, this individual will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our digital presence, driving profitable growth and brand affinity through innovative campaigns and rigorous performance optimization. Reporting to the Director, Content &amp; Growth Marketing, this leader will own the strategy, planning, execution, budget management and performance across all growth channels and will directly lead and oversee a team of specialists, ensuring both team and channel success. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.

Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Own the growth marketing strategy across paid social, display, video, and search, aligning campaigns with business objectives</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop full-funnel paid media plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion while maximizing efficiency</li></ul>
<ul><li>Set channel KPIs and manage budgets, ensuring delivery against sales and ROI targets</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration, partnering closely with Creative, Analytics, and Ecom to deliver best-in-class campaigns</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee in platform activation and optimization across all platforms refining targeting, bidding, creative and landing page strategies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Translate performance data into insights, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment, performance and continuous growth</li></ul>
<ul><li>Continuously test and evolve campaigns and strategies, building roadmaps for creative, audience, and channel innovations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities for direct reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage</li></ul>

Required Experience
<ul><li>4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, including strategic planning, performance optimization and hands-on execution of multi million dollar programs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, with proven success managing direct reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution modeling</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated understanding and experiencing in full funnel strategy</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data into insights for stakeholders and senior leadership</li></ul>
<ul><li>Data-driven problem solving skills, with a desire to look for opportunities through data analysis and to take action on them</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in a fast-paced environment where deadlines, priorities, and initiatives pivot at the speed of digital trends</li></ul>
<ul><li>Self-starter with exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to lead both teams and cross-functional partners</li></ul>

Preferred Experience
<ul><li>Familiarity with multiple forms of analytics and measurement tools (ie A/B + Brand/Conversion Lift Testing, GA4, Media Mixed Modeling, etc)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with retail and/or eCommerce D2C brands</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understanding of retail calendar and seasonal process</li></ul>
<ul><li>Passion for digital innovation, consumer trends, and the intersection of brand and performance marketing</li></ul>

Manager, Growth Marketing

<div>Arhaus is looking for an Interior Designer to join our team at The Grove! In this exciting role, you are creating lasting relationships while assisting clients with the selection, customization, and purchase of merchandise. You will be working on larger-scale projects and presentations for clients.

In this exciting role, you are creating lasting relationships while assisting clients with the selection, customization, and purchase of merchandise. You will be working on larger scale projects and presentations for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Work on multiple projects both collaboratively with Interior Specialist and independently with different budgets, sizes and scale.</li>
<li>Network and support client interaction both in store and at design events such as Architectural Digest Shows, Show Homes, etc.</li>
<li>Attain Sales goals through collaborative and individual design projects.</li>
<li>Mentor Design Consultants on individual projects.</li>
<li>Train and develop team to present layouts, complete house calls, etc.</li>
<li>Multitask designing, mentoring and project management of designated design business.</li>
<li>Present to clients using Arhaus presentation guidelines and standards.</li>
<li>Performs special projects as assigned. Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.</li>
<li>Other duties as may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position on an as-needed basis.</li>

REQUIREMENTS

<li>Interior Design degree or equivalent.</li>
<li>2 &ndash; 4 years of interior design experience.</li>
<li>House call and interior installation experience.</li>
<li>Portfolio of finished projects available for review.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of a luxury brand experience.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. Communication skills that ensure a smooth flow of information between self and others through clear speaking and writing, encouragement of open expression of ideas, and effective listening.</li>
<li>Exceptional organization, time management, customer service, project estimating and problem-solving skills. Ability to use time effectively and efficiently; can attend to a broader range of activities; handles multiple demands and competing priorities effectively.</li>
<li>Style leader and color specialist.</li>
<li>Works well both independently and in groups of varying sizes.</li>
<li>Strong emphasis on quality in presentation skills &ndash; including space planning, rendering, etc.</li>
<li>Extensive Arhaus product knowledge (can be learned, but must have prior experience).</li>
</ul>
COMPENSATION
<ul>
<li>$60,000 (minimum base salary) - $165,000 annual</li>
<li>Includes base salary and (if achieved) Monthly Sales Incentives and Quarterly Bonuses</li>
<li>Compensation based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location</li>
