Description:

Arhaus is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Interface Error Specialist to join our Inventory Management team. This role is vital in maintaining inventory data accuracy across systems by ensuring seamless communication between our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. As a central figure in troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolving system interface issues, the Interface Error Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Distribution Center Operations, and Inventory Control, to enhance process reliability and system performance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, systems-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be instrumental in strengthening inventory integrity and supporting Arhaus&rsquo; mission to build the most efficient and become the greatest logistics team in retail. 
 
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitor and resolve interface errors and transaction failures between WMS and ERP systems, ensuring timely and accurate inventory data synchronization (e.g., receipts, transfers, shipments, and adjustments).</li>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis for interface discrepancies and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve and prevent recurring system integration issues.</li>
<li>Execute regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reconciliations of WMS and ERP inventory data; identify variances and lead corrective actions with appropriate business units.</li>
<li>Interpret and analyze large datasets from multiple reporting platforms; use Excel and other data tools to surface trends and inform decision-making.</li>
<li>Maintain a working knowledge of the systematic logic and configuration that governs Arhaus&rsquo; logistics systems, with a focus on optimizing cross-platform data flow and user efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system interface monitoring and issue resolution protocols.</li>
<li>Ensure all system processes align with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks, including SOX requirements.</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert for interface error resolution and provide training and guidance to other associates as needed.</li>
<li>Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accuracy, and collaboration within the logistics and IT ecosystem.</li></ul> 
 
Competencies, Requirements and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, system integrations, or logistics operations involving WMS/ERP platforms.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with reporting tools and data analysis required.</li>
<li>Familiarity with system architecture, integration flows, and inventory management best practices.</li>
<li>Proven analytical, research, and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple system tickets concurrently.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively across departments and influence positive change.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to adapt in dynamic environments and manage ambiguity with a detail-driven mindset.</li>
<li>Experience in compliance-driven environments (e.g., SOX) strongly preferred.</li>
<li>A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and willingness to embrace process ownership and leadership responsibilities.</li></ul>

Inventory Specialist, Interface Errors

In this exciting role, you are creating lasting relationships while assisting clients with the selection, customization, and purchase of merchandise. You will be working on larger scale projects and presentations for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Work on multiple projects both collaboratively with Interior Specialist and independently with different budgets, sizes and scale.</li>
<li>Network and support client interaction both in store and at design events such as Architectural Digest Shows, Show Homes, etc.</li>
<li>Attain Sales goals through collaborative and individual design projects.</li>
<li>Mentor Design Consultants on individual projects.</li>
<li>Train and develop team to present layouts, complete house calls, etc.</li>
<li>Multitask designing, mentoring and project management of designated design business.</li>
<li>Present to clients using Arhaus presentation guidelines and standards.</li>
<li>Performs special projects as assigned. Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.</li>
<li>Other duties as may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position on an as-needed basis.</li></ul> 


REQUIREMENTS

<li>Interior Design degree or equivalent.</li>
<li>2 &ndash; 4 years interior design experience.</li>
<li>House call and interior installation experience.</li>
<li>Portfolio of finished projects available for review.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of a luxury brand experience.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. Communication skills that ensure a smooth flow of information between self and others through clear speaking and writing, encouragement of open expression of ideas, and effective listening.</li>
<li>Exceptional organization, time management, customer service, project estimating and problem-solving skills. Ability to use time effectively and efficiently; can attend to a broader range of activities; handles multiple demands and competing priorities effectively.</li>
<li>Style leader and color specialist.</li>
<li>Works well both independently and in groups of varying sizes.</li>
<li>Strong emphasis on quality in presentation skills &ndash; including space planning, rendering, etc.</li>
<li>Extensive Arhaus product knowledge (can be learned, but must have prior experience).</li></ul> 


COMPENSATION
<ul>
<li>$60,000 (minimum base salary) - $165,000 annual</li>
<li>Includes base salary and (if achieved) Monthly Sales Incentives and Quarterly Bonuses</li>
<li>Compensation based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location</li></ul>
