Description:

As Supply Chain Industrial Engineer at Arhaus, you will implement and support Labor Management Systems (LM) within our warehouse and distribution center environments, and support continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain department. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing labor standards and engineering processes to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost savings in warehouse and supply chain operations. You will use your background in supply chain technologies and direct experience managing or supporting LM deployments (such as Longbow/Rebus, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Korber) to drive the configuration, implementation, training, and support of LM across Arhaus facilities. You will collaborate across operations, IT, and support teams to champion execution and adoption of LM, industry best practices, and operational efficiency strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead the implementation and configuration of Labor Management Systems (LM) to improve warehouse labor productivity, accountability, and visibility.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analyze warehouse operational data to identify labor trends and areas for improvement, and share results on a regular cadence with operational leaders.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with operations, IT, HR, and 3PL partners to align LM configuration with labor standards and organizational goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support the integration of LM with existing WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms, and support with incident troubleshooting and resolution.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Train leaders and end users in utilizing LM solution successfully and offer support for end users with questions on system use.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects in warehouses and supply chain environments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for end users.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for LM functionality and reporting tools.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor LM performance and generate reports on productivity, utilization, and compliance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work to improve processes and systems to optimize supply chain capabilities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and custom reporting requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Stay current with industry best practices and evolving supply chain technologies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>3+ years of experience with supply chain systems, with at least 1&ndash;2 years focused on LM implementation or support.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with systems such as Longbow/Rebus, Manhattan LM, Blue Yonder, Korber, or similar platforms.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with warehouse processes and labor standards development (engineered or discrete).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Solid understanding of WMS, ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle), and other supply chain systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret operational data.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis/reporting tools is a plus.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Project management or Six Sigma certification is a plus.</li></ul>
<ul><li>This position requires 25% travel in support of training and continuous improvement efforts across facilities.</li></ul>

Preferred Experience:
<ul><li>Hands-on experience with incentive-based labor programs and performance tracking.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prior involvement in multi-site LM rollouts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prior experience with large cube distribution and supply chain operations such as the furniture industry.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Change management or training experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.</li></ul>

<li>Product Launch / Store Product Request Maintenance</li>
<li><ul><li>Initial Transfer/ allocation set up based on direction provided by Buyer</li>
</ul></li><li>Manage Category/ Division Inbox with timely response</li>
<li>Coordinate specific tasks related to Store Opening process</li>
<li><ul><li>Transfer set up</li>
<li>Tag generation</li>
<li>Possible travel to help with set up</li>
</ul></li><li>Materials Management</li>
<li><ul><li>Work in conjunction with Materials team/ Buying/Product Development/ Planning teams to ensure parts, swatches, finish boards are available at product launch and for new stores openings</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Manage time sensitive deliveries of sample and stock product need at Marketing Photo Shoots and Mock Store reviews</li>
<li>Partner with Buyers on special projects as needed. Competitor Recaps, Assortment Board Creation, etc.</li>
</ul>
Key Fundamental Skillsets:

<li>Ability to learn quickly and to retain information. Must be analytical and be able to comprehend how multiple systems interact.</li>
