Core Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Oversee the implementation of Revit and manages the transition of projects from AutoCAD to Revit to improve upon our current BIM standards.</li><li>
Further develop, evolve, and enforce the Company&rsquo;s current BIM standards.</li><li>
Supports current use of Revit and implements methods of improved efficiency.</li><li>
Provide Revit/BIM management, leadership, model management, and support for the firm&rsquo;s projects.</li><li>
Work closely with project teams on developing BIM implementations plans, project startup methods and workflow strategies, especially with outside consultants for model sharing.</li><li>
Assist project teams with advanced Revit modeling requirements, content creation, and coordination efforts.</li><li>
Manages and organizes Revit detail and family libraries for use between projects.</li><li>
Develop and implement Revit standards, and coordinates standards for specific project requirements.</li><li>
Ensure 3D models produce drawings and usable data that reflect the intent of the design.</li><li>
Assists troubleshooting and resolution of Revit/BIM application issues.</li><li>
Provides Revit/BIM application training to staff and develops tools and resources to assist staff in developing their BIM knowledge.</li><li>
Reviews and implements new versions of BIM software and develops customized solutions as required.</li><li>
Provides oversight and leadership to BIM Coordinators in each studio.</li><li>
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through daily interactions with the project team, clients, partners, and the community.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture.</li><li>
Functional expertise in Revit workflows and problem solving withing the architectural industry.</li><li>
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the architecture industry.</li><li>
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Revit or BIM Specialist.</li><li>
Experience with Naviworks and/or Dynamo preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and Revit family creation.</li><li>
Availability to work in office 4 days per week/1 day remote.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
