We are looking for a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to perform a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across multiple trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsTroubleshoot and repair equipment failures in a timely and efficient mannerAssist with installation of new systems and equipmentConduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutionsCarry out minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairsMaintain accurate maintenance logs and documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policiesRespond to emergency repair requests and support critical systems as neededCoordinate with external contractors when specialized work is requiredMaintain tools, equipment, and workspace in good conditionQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in one or more trades preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in a multi-trade maintenance or technician roleSolid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and/or carpentry systemsAbility to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and communication skillsValid driver&rsquo;s license will be preferable.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 per month
