Job TitleOffice Administrator / Bookkeeper / Accounts &amp; Supply Chain AssistantJob LocationMulund West, MumbaiJob SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts, and basic supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally software and capable of handling day-to-day office, accounting, and vendor-related activities efficiently.Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration2.Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks3.Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)4.Coordinate with internal teams and external parties as required5.Accounts &amp; Bookkeeping6.Maintain accounts using Tally (latest version preferred)7.Record purchase, sales, expense entries, and bank transactions8.Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and ledgers9.Assist in GST-related documentation and basic compliance support10.Reconcile bank statements and party accounts11.Supply Chain &amp; Procurement Support12.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders and deliveries13.Maintain purchase records, stock entries, and inventory tracking14.Assist in follow-ups for material dispatch, delivery, and paymentsRequired Skills &amp; QualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree (minimum)Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in admin/accounts rolesStrong working knowledge of Tally softwareBasic understanding of accounting principles and GSTGood organizational and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidate staying in Mulund West or nearby areasAbility to multitask and handle responsibilities independentlyDetail-oriented, disciplined, and dependableWorking HoursFull-time, office-based roleWorking hours and salary to be discussed during the interviewJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of relevant experience do you have?</li><li>What is your location? </li><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li><li>What is your Notice Period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
