HR InternJob Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources. The role involves strong exposure to talent acquisition activities, along with support in HR operations and executive-level tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions within a professional work environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases</li><li>Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles</li><li>Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases</li><li>Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback</li><li>Support offer rollout and documentation processes</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Executive Support:<ul><li>Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new joiners</li><li>Support preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR files</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related communication</li><li>Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives</li><li>Assist in HR reporting, MIS preparation, and administrative tasks</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong coordination and organizational skills</li><li>Willingness to learn with a professional attitude</li></ul>Job Type: InternshipPay: ₹10,196.92 - ₹15,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
