Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards.</li><li>Greet and assist customers with menu choices, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.</li><li>Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf&eacute; equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf&eacute;, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.</li><li>Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately.</li><li>Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.</li><li>Restock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and caf&eacute; products.</li><li>Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet customer satisfaction goals.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Barista or in a caf&eacute;/food service environment preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and caf&eacute; operations is an advantage.</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and passion for coffee.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month
