About the RoleTravel Docs Pro is expanding its team in Karachi! We&rsquo;re seeking a motivated and energetic Sales &amp; Marketing Executive who can drive our visa and travel service sales, engage with clients, and help us grow our brand across Pakistan and beyond.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new leads through calls, social media, and walk-in inquiries.</li><li>Promote company services including visa processing, travel consultation, and documentation support.</li><li>Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads.</li><li>Assist in creating marketing content and digital campaigns.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and report results to management.</li><li>Represent the company professionally with excellent communication and customer service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Intermediate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and persuasive skills.</li><li>Knowledge of travel, visa, or immigration services is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.</li><li>Fresh candidates with confidence and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Basic Salary: PKR 15,000 per month</li><li>Commission: 20% on confirmed sales (no cap on earnings)</li><li>Bonuses &amp; incentives based on performance</li><li>Career growth and training opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
