Senior HR ExecutiveRole Purpose: To act as a strategic partner and operational lead at Arihant. You will be responsible for navigating the company through its digital transformation, resolving deep-seated cultural friction between legacy and new-age talent, and building a high-performance culture that balances empathy with business rigor.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Change Management: Lead the cultural integration of &quot;Legacy&quot; and &quot;Digital&quot; workforces, ensuring minimal friction and maximum knowledge transfer.</li><li>Advanced Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche technical roles while maintaining a pipeline for core manufacturing functions.</li><li>Performance &amp; Productivity: Move beyond &quot;annual reviews&quot; to implement a real-time performance management system that links individual output to Arihant&rsquo;s production goals.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary mediator for complex workplace disputes, grievance handling, and union-level negotiations (if applicable).</li><li>Data-Driven HR: Utilize HR analytics to predict turnover trends and provide the Board with actionable insights on workforce health.</li><li>Policy &amp; Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity) and update internal policies to reflect modern &quot;work-from-anywhere&quot; or &quot;hybrid&quot; manufacturing realities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 3-5 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or tech-transitioning environment.</li><li>Communication: Proven ability to draft high-stakes internal memos and present to executive leadership.</li><li>Soft Skills: High EQ, negotiation prowess, and the ability to remain neutral under pressure.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
