We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate and organized DD Coordinator to support our mission of providing high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DD Area Manager/Supervisor</li><li>
Ensure smooth payroll and billing processes for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)</li><li>
Maintain DSP compliance documentation and certification records</li><li>
Attend and support planning meetings with members and families</li><li>
Build strong relationships with DSPs, members, guardians, and internal staff</li><li>
Travel locally throughout the Valley for meetings, home visits, and inspections</li><li>
Help ensure services remain compliant, accurate, and responsive</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED (required)</li><li>
1+ year experience in admin support, behavioral health, social work, or related field</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)</li><li>
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Data entry and time management capabilities</li><li>
Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the Valley</li><li>
Must be 18+, pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
