Position Overview:

We are seeking multiple roles to be assigned to various departments, such as Data Entry, Finance (Billing), Enrollment, EVV (Electronic Visit Verification), and general administrative functions.

ARIS Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals (18 years or older) for Summer Help positions. These roles support multiple departments and provide valuable exposure to different areas of the organization.

This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity (40 hours per week, June&ndash;August 2026) offering flexible scheduling. It&rsquo;s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, non-profit office environment while supporting meaningful work in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry &amp; Administrative Support
<ul><li>
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems</li><li>
Review records for accuracy and completeness</li><li>
File, scan, and organize documents (electronic and paper)</li><li>
Ensure data integrity and consistency across departments</li><li>
Provide general administrative support as needed</li></ul>

Finance &amp; Billing Support
<ul><li>
Assist with preparing and sending invoices</li><li>
Verify and process invoices for accuracy and completeness</li><li>
Track outstanding invoices and support follow-up on overdue payments</li><li>
Apply payments to client accounts and assist with reconciliations</li><li>
Help resolve billing discrepancies and process refunds/adjustments</li></ul>

Enrollment &amp; EVV Support
<ul><li>
Assist with onboarding processes, document collection, and file organization</li><li>
Review Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records for accuracy</li><li>
Update and maintain visit and client records</li></ul>

Client &amp; Team Support
<ul><li>
Assist with client communication regarding billing, documentation, and records</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information</li></ul> 
Qualifications:
<ul><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>
Interest in finance, business, accounting, data management, or related field preferred</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel preferred)</li><li>
Strong data entry accuracy and math comprehension</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality</li></ul>
