<div>Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Part-Time Mental Health Professional to join our Therapeutic Day Treatment program in Siloam Springs. The ideal Mental Health Professional will have experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization.

Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

This position is classified as part-time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Coordinator.

Work hours: Within the hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 


What you will do as a Mental Health Professional at Arisa Health:
<ul>
<li>Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and perform individual, family conjoint and group therapy services.</li>
<li>Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.</li>
<li>Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, to plan activities to assess an individual&rsquo;s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as these are related to personal social concerns, and educational progress.</li>
</ul>
What we look for in a Mental Health Professional:
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in counseling or social work</li>
<li>Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW)</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>The ability to multitask.</li>
<li>The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.</li>
