 Tasks

 Take ownership of company operations and deliver results that are reliable and measurable.

 <li>
 Design and improve processes to ensure the business runs smoothly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize daily workflows, ensuring smooth operations and eliminating friction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead projects across feature development and marketing with precision and impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage freelancers effectively&mdash;clear expectations, timely delivery, and quality outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee Support operations, ensuring consistent standards and swift issue resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular quality audits and initiate enhancements where necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure legal and data protection compliance&mdash;no loose ends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the product roadmap: define, execute, and track milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business goals into technical specifications and maintain transparency with UX/UI, Dev, Marketing, and Leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market data and competition, deriving actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive backlog planning, prioritization, and feature rollout&mdash;on time, always.
 </li>
 <li>
 Streamline deployment, QA, support, and documentation with documented SOPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor operational KPIs, identify risks, and course correct quickly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage automation tools for repeatable, reliable operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain dashboards and present crisp, data-backed reports to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and execute A/B tests to validate improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate release strategy, bug triage, and ensure OS compatibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support monetization strategies and explore retention or acquisition opportunities.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 We&rsquo;re looking for someone with:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 2 years in operations or product management (experience in apps an advantage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably a business or management bachelor&rsquo;s degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English&mdash;German or Russian a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Methodical, precise, and results-oriented in your approach.
