<div>We are seeking compassionate and clinically skilled <b>Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)</b> and <b>Registered Nurses (RNs)</b> to join our growing <b>Respiratory</b><b> Care Unit</b>.</div>
<div></div>
<div>As a Respiratory Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to residents requiring respiratory support, including tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, pulmonary treatments, and ventilator support.</div>
<div></div>
<div>This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy working in a higher-acuity environment and are interested in developing specialized respiratory skills.</div>
<div></div>
<div><b>Previous </b><b>respiratory</b><b> experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to qualified candidates.</b></div>
<div></div>
<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to residents with respiratory and pulmonary conditions</li>
<li>Monitor residents requiring ventilator support, tracheostomies, oxygen therapy, and respiratory treatments</li>
<li>Perform tracheostomy care and suctioning procedures</li>
<li>Administer prescribed medications, nebulizer treatments, and physician-ordered respiratory interventions</li>
<li>Monitor ventilator function and escalate concerns to the appropriate clinical team</li>
<li>Educate residents, families, and staff regarding respiratory care needs</li>
<li>Support emergency respiratory interventions when necessary</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications </b><b>Required</b></div>
<ul><li>Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license in good standing</li>
<li>Current CPR/BLS certification</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred</b></div>
<ul><li>Skilled Nursing Facility, Subacute, LTACH, Rehab, or Hospital experience</li>
<li>Experience caring for residents with Ventilator support</li>
</ul><div><b>Ideal Candidates</b></div>

 AristaCare is seeking Certified Nursing Aides. Responsible for the administration and passing of medications to residents. Will also provide CNA responsibilities as assigned. Provide residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their individualized plan of care and established nursing standards of practice under the direction of licensed professional staff.
