Direct and fine-tune CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to secure accurate data, reporting, and forecasting.</li><li>
Develop and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.</li><li>
Support implementation, training, and adoption of sales tools and technology.</li><li>
Support deal desk activities by reviewing contracts, pricing, and promotion requests, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and documentation to improve team efficiency.</li><li>
Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and identify areas of improvement for sales execution.</li><li>
Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to address gaps in the pipeline and forecast accuracy.</li><li>
Track metrics to measure the efficiency of sales initiatives and campaigns.</li><li>
Ensure lead qualification and management, from the handoff of marketing and commercial strategy to sales follow-up.</li><li>
Provide customer insights and feedback to advise product, marketing, and sales strategies.</li><li>
Act as a point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses.</li><li>

What We're Looking For</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in sales operations, or a similar role.</li><li>
Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Strong communication skills enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and collaboration with internal teams.</li><li>
An analytical approach with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.</li><li>
Diligent with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Knowledge of sales processes and guidelines.</li><li>
