   What You&rsquo;ll Do
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  As our Procurement Specialist, you&rsquo;ll report to the Procurement Manager and be involved in:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Supporting internal teams to define needs and assess market conditions
  </li>
  <li>
   Helping shape sourcing strategies aligned with our tech roadmap
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing the full order process: from technical requirements to negotiation and coordination
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensuring data accuracy and sharing insights across departments
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyzing supplier KPIs and performance (cost, quality, delivery)
  </li>
  <li>
   Participating in cost reduction initiatives and long-term contract negotiations
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborating with Product Management and Supplier Quality Assurance
  </li>
  <li>
   Engaging suppliers early in R&amp;D projects to drive innovation
  </li>

  </strong>

   Recent graduate with a degree in business adminstration, finance &amp; accounting or related fields
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid Excel and Office skills
  </li>
  <li>
   A data-driven mindset, with strong analytical and organizational skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent negotiation abilities and a proactive attitude
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, international environment

Are you a seasoned mold design expert ready to lead a small team of technicians? We&rsquo;re looking for a <b>Senior Section Head &ndash; Mold Design </b>to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of molds, dies, and tooling essential to our manufacturing operations. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth production processes.</p><br>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the design and development of new molds and tools for metal and plastic forming.</li>
<li>Manage mold shop operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and performance tracking.</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&amp;D, Quality, Production, Purchasing) to align tooling with project needs.</li>
<li>Optimize existing molds to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and upgrades.</li>
<li>Evaluate team performance and support their technical growth.</li>
<li>Prepare and present reports to the Projects Manager and support project-related tasks.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
What You Bring</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production, Design &amp; Manufacturing, or Mechatronics).</li>
<li>8&ndash;10 years of hands-on experience in mold &amp; die design and maintenance.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).</li>
<li>Experience with CNC machining, heat treatment, and surface finishing.</li>
<li>Background in home appliances, automotive, or similar industries is a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in technical English and Microsoft Office tools.</li></ul><br>
