Our aim is to be a one-stop solution for all the needs of commerce professionals.Qualification: Under Graduate / Post GraduateExperience: 1-2 YearsJob Location: BangaloreLanguage: EnglishResponsibilities : <ul><li>Daily communicate with the faculty and make the day-to-day timetable and communicate it to the operation team.</li><li>Faculty feedback needs to be taken once the batch is completed or during the batch.</li><li>Faculty are provided mementos on the last day or after the batch is completed</li><li>Send reminders to faculty to resolve student doubts on the ArivuPro App.</li><li>Ensure all the travel, stay, learning materials, shirts, and equipment are arranged a day before the project for the faculty.</li><li>Ensure all the data are set up on Zoho as per the SOP.</li><li>The Operation Management Team oversees the arrangement and readiness of the classroom, ensuring that writing materials, seating, and teaching aids are properly set up for optimal learning.</li><li>Handle the setup of courses on the LMS platform, making certain that the online platform, including the recording feature, is functional.</li></ul>Right Fit : <ul><li>Proficiency in schedule management, resource allocation, and logistics coordination.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP, Zoho Sprints/Projects, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).</li><li>Ability to coordinate effectively between faculty, students, and internal teams.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS), online teaching platforms, and apps for communication and scheduling.</li></ul>Job Type : Full TimeJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
