Job Summary OverviewPrimary focus of this position is commercial construction; however, it does require the ability to handle both residential &amp; commercial responsibilities. The position is responsible for the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all aspects of residential and commercial construction loans, budgets and construction draws. Provide appropriate and timely support to all related Credit Union teams/employees, Credit Union members, and 3rd party vendors or related parties. Protect the member and credit union from risks associated with residential and commercial construction lending.Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Assist commercial &amp; SBA lending team with collecting and reviewing required documentation related to construction loans, escrow holdbacks and other related documentation required by policy for the credit approval.</li><li>Communication skills are a critical component required for this position. Maintaining and managing positive relationships with all parties throughout the construction process is crucial.</li><li>High attention to detail is critical.</li><li>Responsible for supporting construction related aspects of the loan closing and construction funding process for all commercial &amp; SBA construction loans.</li><li>Obtain missing documentation pertaining to construction loans in process, construction loan draw requests, final draw requests, and/or any other related task.</li><li>Review construction budgets for accuracy and ensure the budgets are feasible for the project.</li><li>Review construction contracts and related construction documentation to ensure all project associated information is accurate.</li><li>Co-host introduction calls with loan officers to educate members and general contractors on the draw process and expectations of each party throughout the construction of the project.</li><li>Prepare and send welcome packages to the member(s) and general contractor post-closing.</li><li>Process construction draw requests based upon the required documentation and/or coordinating with third party draw monitoring companies to create the complete draw package and submit the completed draw package to commercial or SBA loan servicing for processing/funding.</li><li>Maintain construction files and audit trail for all residential construction files. Ensure all appropriate documentation is saved and accounted for in required electronic destinations.</li><li>Confirm insurance requirements are met and maintained throughout the construction period, including but not limited to builders risk insurance.</li><li>Complete property inspections for commercial and SBA construction projects to ensure compliance with draw and loan requirements.</li><li>Order property inspections through 3rd party vendors for the draw process.</li><li>Assist with 3rd party invoicing &ndash; review for accuracy and submit for payment to accounts payable.</li><li>Document construction project progress and report any issues that present risks to the credit union.</li><li>Keep up to date with changes to loan policies, procedures and compliance rulings affecting real estate, construction and administration.</li><li>Proactively track commercial and SBA construction projects from onset to completion.</li><li>Assist the Portfolio Manager with construction extensions as needed with the appropriate internal approvals.</li><li>Assist with other administrative duties as needed.</li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</li><li>Must be proficient at all of the duties for the Construction Loan Administrator I position.</li></ul>Minimum Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED and one (1) year experience in retail, customer service or a financial institution.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh attention to detail. Requires strong relationship management skills partnered with exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills. Problem solving, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to produce quality work within tight time frames while managing multiple assignments. Job Summary Overview
The position is responsible for delivering services and expertise to business and consumer members by phone with a focus on growing business and empowering members toward self-service options. ACD queues include but are not limited to 100 Club, Card Inquiry, General Inquiries, Password Resets, Technical Support, Technical Support Internal (supporting branches), Business Services, and Spanish (if applicable).
Essential Job Functions<ul><li>
Maximizes each new and existing member contact as an opportunity to create or expand a mutually beneficial relationship, including offering products or services to assist members in their current financial needs. A minimum number per month is required.</li><li>
Obtains and maintains up to date organizational knowledge on products, services and the technical capacities needed for specialty systems including but not limited to NCR online banking/mobile banking admin console, CST bill pay, Visa DPS, Zelle, PowerOns and Temenos.</li><li>
Communicates opportunities for process improvement and ways to increase efficiency within the call center. Follows organizational security procedures and training to minimize organizational risk while providing remote services.</li><li>
Supports relationship banking service strategy by demonstrating habits and behaviors consistent with brand guidelines and referrable experiences.</li><li>
Must be an excellent problem solver and have the ability to keep a calm voice during stressful interactions.</li><li>
Must complete notes/processes while in conversation with members. Must be able to multitask.</li><li>
Must achieve schedule adherence evaluation of the percentage of time serving members in accordance with the published schedule.</li><li>
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Minimum Education and Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of computers and software applications in Windows, Excel, and Word. Ability to type 45 words per minute. Ability to perform 10-key accurately. Ability to read, write, speak, and use proper grammar in English. Ability to read, interpret and analyze written instructions, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively to members regarding sensitive inquiries or complaints and ability to present information to groups. Ability to apply commonsense understanding when dealing with problems involving variables in standardized situations. Ability to professionally communicate while presenting information to members and/or department staff. Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone. Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages. Ability to speak effectively to members regarding sensitive inquiries or complaints. Process teller transactions and teller related functions.

Preferred Qualifications
Twelve months with Arizona Financial. One (1) year experience in a financial institution, call center or any related customer service field.
