Summary</b></h2>

The <b>Manager of Credit &amp; Revenue</b> leads strategy, policy, and operations that safeguards the company's financial health while delivering a fair, dignified, and customer focused collections experience. This role governs credit-related policies-including late fees, deposits, disconnections, payment arrangements, and revenue recovery-ensuring compliance with Service Schedule 1 and applicable federal and state regulations. The manager is accountable for monitoring and reporting internally and externally on aged receivables, uncollectible accounts, and credit risk, and develops strategies to drive sustainable reductions. The manager also collaborates with business partners to resolve complex operational issues with urgency and oversee the implementation of practical, effective solutions.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Requirements</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related degree</li><li>Eight (8) years' experience in the utility industry, Accounting, Finance, and/or credit and collections environment.</li></ul><br>
