Arjo&rsquo;s <b><i>Clinical Specialists</i></b> provide effective rounding and drive product usage through educational and clinical advice to Arjo&rsquo;s customer hospitals on the full Arjo product portfolio. The selected Clinical Specialist will drive improvement in clinical outcomes, develop in-depth account stakeholder relationships, and deliver long-term account growth that aligns with Arjo&rsquo;s strategic plans.
</div><div>They will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the full Arjo product portfolio.</div>

Based in the Baltimore or DC area</b>&hellip;.but also covering Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Rochester, and Richmond. (expected overnight travel: 50-60%)</div>
<div><b>
Day-to-Day Activities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators within expected timeframes.</li>
<li>Plan territory strategies to make the most efficient use of time while meeting individual and team goals.</li>
<li>Identify and qualify sales opportunities in response to understanding the opportunity and customer challenges.</li>
<li>Develop effective solutions in response to opportunity and customer challenges.</li>
<li>Present and promote Arjo products/services and clinical solutions to existing and prospective customers.</li>
<li>Complete product demonstrations for sales opportunities and in-service training.</li>
<li>Provide best practices in clinical knowledge, techniques, and processes that lead to better patient care and caregiver efficiency.</li></ul><br>

<div><b>
QUALIFICATIONS</b><b>:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.</li>
<li><b>RN, RT, or PT/OT.</b></li>
<li>Demonstrated clinical experience in an Acute Care setting.</li>
<li>Prior experience with a medical device company preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Clinical education experience preferred.</li>
<li>Current licensure is required and must be maintained through the course of employment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and/or other pertinent software.</li>
<li>Prior experience creating and delivering professional presentations to clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and satisfactory driving record.</li></ul><br>
