Preparation of salary statement, Invoice for contract Labour</li><li>Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees</li><li>Interacting with employees on regular basis</li><li>Assist in performance management processes</li><li>Admin work - Ensuring renewal date of contracts, policies, licenses associated with company establishments.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li><li>To maintain statutory compliances and its Due date - PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Factory Act</li><li>Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis</li><li>Manage critical employee and HR management aspects such as communications, employee exit, personal data, and grievance redressal to facilitate healthy/harmonious climate within the organization</li><li>HR Administration - Maintain employees&rsquo; leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track ofemployees&rsquo; attendance / absenteeism and report to Management, Preparation of Full &amp; Final settlement</li><li>Preparation of Yearly &amp; Monthly Training Calendar based on the Training Need Identification, Organizing Training, Maintaining</li><li>Training record, Evaluation of post training programme</li><li>Preparation of ISO Documents as per the ISO Standard 9001:2015</li><li>interviews with coordination with the concerned departments &amp; Create and implement effective onboarding plans</li><li>Issuing Letter of Offer, Appointment Letter to the selected candidate</li><li>Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments</li><li>Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.</li><li>Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees&rsquo; Documents</li><li>Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee</li><li>Positive &amp; proactive attitude towards work</li><li>Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</li><li>To maintain Register - As per Factory Act - 1947</li></ul>Relevant Skillset and Experience:<ul><li>Min. 5-6 years in manufacturing industry.</li><li>Should be proficient in English language written and verbal communication with strong letter drafting skills,</li><li>MBA/Masters degree in HR.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 5 years (Required)</li><li>total work: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Hr generalist: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
