Job Description &ndash; HR ExecutiveCompany: ARK InfosoftLocation: AhmedabadExperience: 1&ndash;3 YearsJob Type: Full-Time | Work From OfficeJob Role: HR ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).Hiring for IT roles such as .NET Developers, Angular/React, QA, Python, HR positions, etc.Manage job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.Handle offer letters, onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.Maintain employee records, attendance &amp; HR MIS reports.Support employee engagement activities, events, and HR operations.Handle exit formalities, F&amp;F, and relieving documentation.Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management.Required Skills:Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills.Knowledge of IT hiring (preferred).Experience with MS Excel, HR tools, recruitment portals.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of HR policies &amp; procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, MBA HR preferred.Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of HR experience (IT recruitment preferred).Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,980.26 - &#8377;25,036.27 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
