Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our dynamic PR team. Must live and familiar with Los Angeles, CA area.Duties<ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and trends.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases and engaging with influencers.</li><li>Analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Participate in keyword research to optimize content for search engines (SEO).</li><li>Assist in video editing and photography for promotional materials.</li><li>Proofread all content before publication to ensure clarity and adherence to branding guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media advertising.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for engagement.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.</li><li>Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video editing is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills with an emphasis on relationship management.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.</li><li>A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to digital marketing and social media management.</li><li>Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is desirable but not required.
