Responsibilities</b></h3><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Execute lead generation activities consistently every week</li><li>
Conduct a minimum of 8 open houses monthly</li><li>
Make prospecting and lead follow up calls for 2 hours daily</li><li>
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments</li><li>
Participate in daily script practice per team standards</li><li>
Participate in team activities &amp; meetings</li><li>
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, morning Power Ups, and a weekly Partner Call</li><li>
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home</li><li>
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiating and other listing related services</li><li>
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes</li><li>
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><p><b>
Skills You Have:</b></p><ul><li>
Team player</li><li>
Licensed real estate professional (or plans to become one)
</li><li>1+ years of sales experience</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Learning based, growth-minded, and organized</li><li>
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues</li><li>
Excellent time management skills</li><li>
