Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, B2B marketing, and multichannel strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and analytics to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.</li><li>Manage advertising sales efforts across various platforms.</li><li>Lead the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and marketing initiatives.</li><li>Oversee budgeting for the marketing department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.</li><li>Conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth in e-commerce and other channels.</li><li>Foster relationships with external partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation tools is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for various audiences.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML is a plus for optimizing web content.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on results-driven outcomes.
