Our client, a global FX/CFD brokerage firm currently in the process of obtaining its SCA Category 5 license in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Promotion Manager. This role is responsible for designing, managing, and executing compliant promotional and marketing campaigns for financial products and services within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will ensure all promotional initiatives support the firm&rsquo;s strategic growth objectives while fully adhering to SCA advertising and conduct standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute promotional strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with the firm&rsquo;s SCA Category 5 licensing scope.</li><li>Ensure all marketing content and promotional activities strictly comply with SCA advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and conduct rules.</li><li>Oversee creation and approval of promotional materials across digital platforms, events, print, and social media channels.</li><li>Work closely with compliance, legal, product, and sales teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver approved campaigns on time and within budget.</li><li>Monitor and report on campaign performance KPIs, ROI, acquisition, and engagement metrics; recommend optimizations.</li><li>Stay up to date with regulatory developments, industry standards, and market trends; adjust promotional strategies accordingly.</li><li>Maintain strong internal governance around promotion approval processes, documentation, audit trails, and risk controls.</li><li>Provide guidance and internal training on compliant marketing practices in a regulated financial environment.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotional execution aligned with organizational goals.</li></ul>Regulatory &amp; Compliance Environment<ul><li>Strong understanding of SCA Category 5 promotional obligations, scope, and restrictions.</li><li>Experience designing promotions within regulated financial markets (broker-dealer, asset management, investment services, or FX/CFD brokerage preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and best practices in compliant financial product advertising.</li><li>High level of attention to governance, approvals, documentation control, and audit readiness.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; marketing/promotion experience, with preference for financial services and regulated environments.</li><li>Demonstrated success running multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships) with measurable results.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial product promotion, client acquisition strategies, and regulatory advertising guidelines.</li><li>Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you familiar with UAE SCA advertising/promotion requirements or other financial regulators (e.g., FCA, ASIC, CySEC, DFSA)?</li><li>Have you managed marketing or promotional campaigns specifically for FX/CFD or trading products?</li><li>What is your expected monthly salary in AED?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>marketing within a regulated financial services environment: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
