Job Summary:The Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and the workshop. They are responsible for understanding customer vehicle issues, providing service estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding vehicle performance or maintenance needs.</li><li>Accurately record vehicle information and customer complaints in job cards.</li><li>Provide cost and time estimates for repair and maintenance services.</li><li>Explain recommended services, repair options, and pricing to customers clearly.</li><li>Coordinate with workshop technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and determine required work.</li><li>Update customers on job progress, delays, or changes in estimates.</li><li>Ensure all required parts and tools are available before scheduling jobs.</li><li>Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation of all work done.</li><li>Promote preventive maintenance and upsell value-added services when appropriate.</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in automotive technology is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and common service requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.</li><li>Familiarity with job card systems, DMS (Dealer Management Systems), or garage management software.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Automotive service center or dealership.</li><li>Customer-facing with occasional visits to workshop/service bays.</li><li>May involve working under pressure during peak service periods.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Job Summary:The Store Keeper at a Car Service Center is responsible for managing automotive spare parts, tools, and consumables. The role involves receiving, organizing, issuing, and keeping accurate records of all materials required for vehicle maintenance and repair operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and inspect incoming automotive spare parts, tools, lubricants, and workshop supplies.</li><li>Maintain updated records of all inventory transactions, stock levels, and reordering requirements.</li><li>Ensure all items are stored properly, labeled clearly, and easily accessible to service technicians.</li><li>Issue spare parts and tools as per job cards and maintain records of usage.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.</li><li>Track fast-moving and slow-moving items to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store and storage areas.</li><li>Assist in inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.</li><li>Monitor expiry dates for perishable items such as oils, fluids, and chemicals.</li><li>Handle warranty returns and coordinate with suppliers for replacement of faulty parts.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive or inventory management is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive service industry.</li><li>Good knowledge of car spare parts, tools, and workshop materials.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems or garage management software.</li><li>Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced service environment.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software, email).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
