 About the Role
 
 
 
 Arkan Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency in Doha focused on storytelling, short-form video, and creative social media content.
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a talented
 
 iPhone Shooter &amp; Editor
 
 to capture and edit engaging, high-quality videos and photos for our clients. This full-time, on-site role involves creating visually striking content using an iPhone, working closely with the creative team and influencers, and ensuring all visuals match each brand&rsquo;s tone and standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Shoot high-quality videos and photos using an iPhone for campaigns and social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit content to create dynamic, engaging visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the creative team and content creators on ideas and shoots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and manage video and photo libraries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistency with brand identity and campaign goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep up to date with iPhone camera features, editing tools, and content trends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in iPhone videography and photography.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in editing software (CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and teamwork skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be based in Qatar and available to work on-site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with influencers or agencies is a plus.
 </li>

 &bull;	Edit Viral Content: Turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that hook fast and stay memorable.
 
 
 &bull;	Cinematic Storytelling: Craft edits with flow, pacing, and emotion, not just cuts. You know how to make a viewer feel a story.
 
 
 &bull;	Pro-Level Color Grading: Enhance every frame with professional color balance, tone, and LUTs that match Arkan&rsquo;s cinematic style.
 
 
 &bull;	Trend Mastery: Stay ahead of visual and audio trends editing with style, rhythm, and relevance to what&rsquo;s hot right now.
 
 
 &bull;	Creative Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure the visuals amplify the idea, not just show it.
 
 
 &bull;	Sound Design &amp; Sync: Match beats, transitions, and dialogue with precision because great audio makes great video.
 
 
 &bull;	Fast Execution: Work in a startup rhythm, edit fast, iterate faster, and always look for ways to make the next version better.
 
 
 
 
 
 ⚡ What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 &bull;	Experience: Proven experience editing short-form and cinematic content (show us your best Reels, TikToks, or campaign edits).
 
 
 &bull;	Editing Tools: Advanced in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut and confident in color grading and LUT application.
 
 
 &bull;	Eye for Aesthetics: You understand composition, lighting, and movement not just effects.
 
 
 &bull;	Trend-Smart: You know what performs, why it performs, and how to recreate the vibe while keeping it fresh.
 
 
 &bull;	Cinematic Vision: You think like a director and edit like a storyteller.
 
 
 &bull;	Speed &amp; Adaptability: You can take feedback, pivot fast, and deliver edits that evolve with each round.
