Job Description:A law firm seeks a seasoned Trial Attorney with a robust background in civil litigation in Texas. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise and confidence to manage cases independently, driving them forward efficiently and effectively.Duties<ul><li>Lead and manage all phases of civil litigation cases, from initial consultation through trial and appeal.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic litigation plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs.</li><li>Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to provide clear legal guidance and updates on case progress.</li><li>Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Active membership in the Texas State Bar.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of trial experience in civil litigation.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.</li><li>Strong courtroom presence and effective oral advocacy skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.</li></ul>*Education<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li></ul>Certifications<ul><li>Active membership in the Texas State Bar.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.</li><li>Strong courtroom presence and effective oral advocacy skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75201
