SR. MANAGER (MAINTENANCE &amp; FACILITY)Candidate preferably BE in Electrical &amp; Electronics with 18 to 20 years&rsquo; experience in the operations of the Property Management service line role in Industrial and Building projects &amp; working as part of the project management team.Candidates are preferred from only Bangalore location. The Job brief is as under:<ul><li>To ensure managing of properties, including building operations and administration, Maintenance through AMC, budget planning.</li><li>To ensure practicing of breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance, spare inventory planning, statutory compliance.
