The Sr. Procurement Manager is a key leader within the Raw Materials &amp; Energy Purchasing team, reporting directly to the Regional VP, Americas. In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee procurement operations for raw materials, energy, and packaging, ensuring our team delivers value and efficiency across Arkema Inc. and Bostik. You&rsquo;ll lead a high-performing team, manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen compliance, optimize costs, and improve processes.</div><div></div><div><br>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Lead &amp; Strategize:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals.</li><li>
Provide strategic oversight of operations, policy compliance, and process optimization.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Drive Procurement Excellence:</b></div><ul><li>
Oversee procurement of raw materials, energy, and packaging.</li><li>
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across multiple SAP platforms.</li><li>
Resolve supplier issues and improve working capital metrics.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Analyze &amp; Improve:</b></div><ul><li>
Monitor KPIs and procurement data to identify trends and opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure audit readiness and team efficiency.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Lead Projects &amp; Innovation:</b></div><ul><li>
Drive automation, digitalization, and M&amp;A integration projects.</li><li>
Develop training programs to build team capabilities.</li><li>

EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Education:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering; MBA preferred.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 8 years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, or Technical Development.</li><li>
Minimum of 7 years in chemical industry.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of global/multi-regional experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ERP experience (SAP preferred).</li><li>
Knowledge of P2P and e-sourcing platforms.</li><li>
Six Sigma certification preferred.</li><li>
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>

<div></div><div><p>The Plant HR Administrator is a key partner in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture at Arkema's Axis site, supporting approximately 110 employees. As the first point of contact for employees, contractors and visitors, this role sets the tone for professionalism and engagement across the site. Working closely with plant leadership, the administrator leads efforts in onboarding, payroll, training coordination, and HR compliance, while also driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives. This role is instrumental in promoting Arkema&rsquo;s values of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement, and requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Activities may include:</p><p></p><p><b><br>
General Administrative:</b></p><ul><li>
Manage office supply inventory and procurement processes.</li><li>
Prepare and release requisitions through SAP: process accounts payable documentation.</li><li>
Coordinate site-wide meetings and employee events.</li><li>
Serve as the site wellness champion, leading initiatives that promote employee well-being and engagement.</li><li>
Oversee janitorial services, vending, and off-site record storage.</li><li>
Maintain internal communications including bulletin boards, monitors, and social media posts.</li><li>
Actively participate in site teams such as Steering Team, Safety, and 5S.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Human Resources:</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance and support on routine HR matters.</li><li>
Administer bi-weekly payroll and manage timeclock and badging systems.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation of PTO and HR records in MyCareer (hires, promotioins, terminations, leaves, etc.)</li><li>
Lead onboarding processes including scheduling pre-hire screenings and coordinating training materials and schedules.</li><li>
Manage Disability/FMLA cases and oversee the return to work process in partnership with HES.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with HR documentation including I-9 and E-Verify.</li><li>
Assist with training program administration and reporting via MyCareer/MyLearning.</li><li>
Compile and distribute monthly workforce data (e.g., hours worked).</li><li>
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
The successful candidate will have:</p><ul><li>
College degree (strongly prefered); In lieu of degree, 10 years of relevant administrative experience required.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years in administrative and payroll functions, preferably within a manufacturing setting.</li><li>
Strong computer skills including MS office, SAP or similar ERM experience a plus.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication that effectively crosses diverse teams and perspectives.</li><li>
