<div>Job Description 
As a Quality Technologist, your main responsibility will be to lead suppliers and their production organizations, systems, processes, and capabilities to meet ARKET&rsquo;s requirements. You will have end-to-end ownership of product quality (from sample to bulk to customer use). You are expected to be fully committed to ARKET&rsquo;s product quality &mdash; going above and beyond with strong ownership and a sense of urgency by coaching and developing our partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>
Empowering suppliers to continuously deliver ARKET product quality in line with our vision by: 
<ul><li>Providing suppliers with ARKET&rsquo;s quality foundation (standards, technical folders, production know-how, etc.) as well as future quality directions.</li><li>Encouraging suppliers to take ownership and responsibility from sampling through development to bulk production.</li><li>Supporting suppliers in developing their production capabilities according to ARKET&rsquo;s needs.</li></ul></li><li>
Taking full ownership of product quality, end-to-end (from sample to bulk to customer use).</li><li>
Performing inline, end-of-line, and final quality inspections as needed (e.g., cross-checks, VIP orders, etc.).</li><li>
Monitoring and managing the quality performance of products and suppliers regularly, providing continuous feedback, and taking necessary actions to drive improvement</li></ul>

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Relevant knowledge of production type(s)</li><li>
Strong technical and production quality experience</li><li>
Product development experience, including the sampling process</li><li>
Fluency in English</li><li>
Flexibility to travel</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust</li></ul> 

Additional Information 
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Istanbul, Turkey. The Quality Technologist is part of the ARKET Production Quality Department and reports to the Quality Manager, who is also based in Istanbul, Turkey.
