Job Overview:The Logistics Executive will assist in coordinating and supporting day-to-day logistics activities related to import and export of pharmaceutical products. The role involves handling documentation, shipment tracking, and coordination with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.Department: Logistics / Supply ChainReports To: Logistics ManagerLocation: Nearby Head Office - Mulund W (Preferred)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in managing import and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters for timely shipment clearance and delivery.</li><li>Support the team in tracking shipments and updating status reports.</li><li>Maintain proper records of all import/export documents and shipment files.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers and internal departments for shipment schedules and required documents.</li><li>Help in preparing MIS reports related to shipments, costs, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with basic customs and regulatory requirements under supervision.</li><li>Assist in inventory and dispatch coordination when required.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Basic understanding of import/export processes and logistics operations.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.</li><li>Eagerness to learn about pharma logistics and regulatory documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Pharmacy.</li><li>0&ndash;1 year of experience in logistics or import/export (internship experience preferred).</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Office-based role with coordination between vendors, CHA, and internal teams.</li><li>May involve occasional field coordination at ports or warehouses.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mulund West, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mulund West, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
