What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</b></h3><ul><li>
Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision</li><li>
Take full responsibility for the community in the manager&rsquo;s absence</li><li>
Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation</li><li>
Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning</li><li>
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations</li><li>
Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations</li><li>

A confident professional with a high school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)</li><li>
Experienced in leasing, sales, or property management (1+ years strongly preferred)</li><li>

Knowledgeable in Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using property management systems</li><li>
Reliable, flexible, and eager to make an impact</li><li>
