What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition</li><li>
Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile</li><li>
Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair</li><li>
Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting</li><li>
Support preventative maintenance and inspections</li><li>
Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks</li><li>
Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs</li><li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1&ndash;5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)</li><li>
Proficiency in at least one major trade area</li><li>
EPA certification preferred</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions</li><li>
Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members</li><li>
Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
