What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></h3><ul><li>
Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free</li><li>
Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks</li><li>
Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager</li><li>
Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents</li><li>
Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas</li><li>
Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers</li><li>
Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal</li><li>
Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)</li><li>

1&ndash;5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)</li><li>

EPA certification preferred</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions</li><li>
Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members</li><li>
