Purpose of the Job:<br>
1) To facilitate the completion of documentation formalities, dispatch of orders and assist in timely product delivery to the customers.<br>
2) Assisting External Sales for coordination with Plant, Orders execution, A/R, Production Planning.<br>
3) Interact seamlessly and proactively to customer queries.<br>
4) Periodic MIS reports to Manager and Management.</div><div></div><div>
Key Dimensions:</div><div>
Ensure Accurate and Timely Order Booking &amp; Invoicing.</div><div>
Raise Planning efficiency. Daily OTIF Monitoring.</div><div>
Proactive in Production planning for MTO items and SMOG liquidation.</div><div>
Customer Problem Solving.</div><div>
Quick redressal of Customer complaints and its tracking.</div><div>
Support in NSV &amp; SDM achievement</div><div>
Ensure effective coordination for Inventory and Transportation management</div><div>
Ensure Open Orders accuracy and review.</div><div></div><div>
Description of main tasks:</div><div>
The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:</div><div>
1) Order input in SAP</div><div>
To receive and Enter Order into system as per the Process Defined. Accurate and timely order entry. Ensure accuracy and reveiw of open orders with Sales.</div><div>
2) Dispach/Shipping Info</div><div>
To ensure timely clearance and documentation with clear dispatch Instructions to Logistics for invoicing and shipping to Customers.</div><div>
3) Co Ordination, Negotiation with Freight Forwarder, Transporters</div><div>
To coordinate , negotiate effectively with Freight Forwarders and Transporters for Overseas and Domestic consignements. Ensure timely availability of vehicles, containers for dispatch and billing.</div><div>
4) Forecasting and Production planning.</div><div>
To receive forecast from Sales and closely coordinate with Production planning for Inventory and subsequent dispatch, Invoicing.</div><div>
5) Document Proofing</div><div>
To check Invoice &amp; all Documentation as per customer Purchase Order and sending to customer within 2 working days. In case of LC, submission as per LC conditions.</div><div>
6) Support External Sales</div><div>
Support in Collection of Statutory forms&amp; Collection of Overdue Tracking.</div><div>
Provide Admin Support to Sales.</div><div>
Issuing Credit/Debit Notes</div><div>
Issue Test Certificates, other documents under instructions from External Sales as defined by product Manager/Plant Manager</div><div>
Provide Sales Reports to Sales Managers &amp; Accounts</div><div>
Tracking and resolving of Customer Complaints.</div><div></div><div>
Professional Education</div><div>
Graduate, preferably B. Com. / M.Com. or MBA</div><div></div><div>
Professional Experience (how long)?</div><div>
5 to 8 Yrs.</div><div></div><div>
In which areas?</div><div>
Commercial / Customer Support Management, Sales Support, Business administration, Supply Chain Management, Taxation, Import/Export.</div><div></div><div>

   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Good communication and presentation skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Problem-solving and analytical thinking
