The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:</div><div>
Support Talent Acquisition</div><ul><li>
Maintain up to date JDs of all positions with the help of Managers</li><li>
Coordinate, negotiate and liaise with recruitment Consultants on contracts, service fees, advertisement/job postings</li><li>
Getting appropriate CVs &amp; Independently arrange/coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and other stakeholders</li><li>
Maintain recruitment tracking to ensure timely availability of information &amp; candidate Database.</li><li>
Reference Checking of the short-listed candidates &amp; Coordination for pre-employment medical checkup</li><li>
Responsible for driving Campus Recruitment &amp; GETs training program, Internships</li></ul><div>
Support Employee Onboarding and Offboarding</div><ul><li>
Follow up with offered candidates till joining and support for administrative requirements: Logistics, relocation if any.</li><li>
New Joiner Induction Support: Invite to inductors and follow up for timely execution and support new joiner in onboarding requirements (Laptop, Uniform, Safety Shoes, ID Card, Desk etc)</li><li>
Process paperwork for new employees: Emp file with all the required documents</li><li>
Coordinate Exit formalities - Deletion of Endorsement, Preparation of Experience &amp; Reliving Letters</li></ul><div>
Employee Records Management &amp; Benefits administration</div><ul><li>
Responsible for organizing and filing employee documents and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in personal files.</li><li>
Support HR team in employee benefits administration for all health insurance policies, leave management, wellness program etc</li></ul><div></div><div>
Payroll Inputs &amp; Attendance Management, Statutory Compliances</div><ul><li>
Time Management : Lead end to end Time &amp; Attendance management system &amp; compliance</li><li>
OT/C-off management: Tracks extra working hours for Blue Collars Employees and share report to respective authorities.</li><li>
Payroll Inputs: Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs for leave, time &amp; attendance records, OT etc</li><li>
Statutory Compliance: Support HR team in maintaining all statutory compliances under all applicable labour laws</li></ul><div></div><div>
Vendor Management : HR Department</div><ul><li>
Streamline &amp; Invoices : Process invoices and ensure timely payment of the vendors.</li><li>
New vendor creation as per the process.</li><li>
PR generation in the system (SAP) and follow up for PO</li></ul><div>
Employee Engagement</div><ul><li>
Support EEC to facilitate the engagement activities as defined.</li><li>
Support HR team in Reward &amp; Recognition coordination</li></ul><div>
Training &amp; Development</div><ul><li>
Maintain and update training calendar, development plans for WCs &amp; BCs</li><li>
Ensure required training materials and stationeries are available in training room.</li><li>
Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support effective execution of training programs and skill enhancement workshops for WCs &amp; BCs.</li><li>
Support HRBP in WD LMS requirements.</li><li>
Ensure to take attendance sheet and feedback form filled form participants.</li><li>
Filling and all the training documents up to date as per requirements of IMS</li><li>
Skill Matrix Assessments: Ensure Skill Matrix assessments are conducted as per defined cycle and job matrix is updated</li><li>
Support in WAM PD Pillar activities &amp; initiatives</li></ul><div></div><div>

<p><strong>Your Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and manage engineering specifications for energy projects across MEA</p></li><li><p>Secure product inclusion by engaging with Owners, EPCs, and consultants</p></li><li><p>Support detailed design phases, including technical drawings and quantity take-offs</p></li><li><p>Deliver technical calculations and proposals during bidding stages</p></li><li><p>Conduct technical audits at key CAPEX and OPEX sites</p></li><li><p>Provide training and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Collaborate on product development, testing, and certification processes</p></li><li><p>Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years in oil &amp; gas or industrial insulation</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in insulation systems, performance calculations, and specification-driven environments</p></li><li><p>Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and piping layouts</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to deliver technical support and engage stakeholders effectively</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and ideally insulation design software</p></li><li><p>Willing to travel across the MEA region as needed</p></li></ul><p><br></p>
