Job Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored business solutions that align with operational and financial goals.</div></li><li><div>
Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for NetSuite modules, ensuring alignment with ERP best practices (O2C, P2P, R2R, financial reporting.)</div></li><li><div>
Design and deliver system integrations, customizations, and workflow automation to support scalable, efficient business operations.</div></li><li><div>
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client end-users and internal team members on NetSuite capabilities, processes, and system functionality.</div></li><li><div>
Stay current on new features, product updates, and best practices within the NetSuite ecosystem and proactively recommend system enhancements.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to internal practice development initiatives, including solution accelerators, reusable assets, and pre-sales support when needed.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain strong, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Requirements</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field &mdash; or equivalent work experience.</div></li><li><div>
Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including leading and supporting implementations, reporting, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with systems integrations such as ARM, SuiteBilling, RFSmart, Concur, DocuSign, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Strong functional understanding of financial processes and operations.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.</div></li><li><div>
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, in-office or at client sites up to 50%</div></li></ul><div></div><div><i>

For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position: $110,100-$135,200. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position: $110,100-$135,200. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $110,100-$135,200. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $110,100-$135,200. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $115,100-$141,300. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.</i></div><div></div><div><i>
