About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly products and delivering high-quality design solutions from concept to final execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct user research, gather insights, and identify design opportunities.</li><li>Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.</li><li>Create visually appealing, functional design concepts for digital/physical products.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation.</li><li>Test prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand identity across all product touchpoints.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Fine Arts, UI/UX, or related fields.</li><li>Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, UI/UX skills, and problem-solving.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.</li><li>Understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability.</li><li>Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.</li><li>Experience with frontend basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.</li><li>Motion graphics or 3D design knowledge is an advantage.</li><li>Experience working in agile product environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;32,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
