The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving business growth, and managing a sales team within the assigned region in Dubai. The role demands a deep understanding of the market, strategic planning and strong leadership skills to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy Development:
<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve revenue goals.</li>
<li>Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Prepare quotations and proposal by the exclusive use of the Armstrong Bid Tools ADEPT sales portal, CRM, etc.</li>
</ul></li><li>Customer Relationship Management:
<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li>
<li>Attend sales meeting, conferences, etc as directed by the Sales Director</li>
</ul></li><li>Market Analysis and CRM Reporting:
<ul><li>Conduct regular market research to stay informed about market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor actions.</li>
<li>Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, gap analysis, competitor analysis, sales pipeline and performance analysis to senior management.</li>
<li>Use CRM tool to track opportunities, build winning strategies for all contacts within every account and achieve order input targets inline with budgeted requirements.</li>
</ul></li><li>Sales Operations:
<ul><li>Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.</li>
</ul></li><li>Collaboration and Communication:
<ul><li>Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to align strategies and optimize results.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.</li></ul></li></ul> 
 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
<ul>
<li>Education:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering,/Mechanical/Automation Engineering with sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience:
<ul><li>Substantial experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC industry</li>
<li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>Experience in Pump, Pressurisation Units and Booser Direct Sales to Consulting Engineers and M&amp;E contractors is an advantage.</li>
<li>Experience of Sales Network of Consulting Engineers and M&amp;E Contractors in HVAC field</li>
</ul></li><li>Skills:
<ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.</li>
<li>Value and solution selling skills - mandatory</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.</li>
</ul></li><li>Knowledge:
<ul><li>Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business landscape.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HVAC industry is highly desirable.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to travel within the region as required.</li>
