Ensure batch tracking protocols are strictly followed.</li><li>Utilize data analytics to optimize warehouse layout, reduce &quot;dock-to-stock&quot; time, and improve picking routes for both manual and automated teams.</li><li>Supervise, train, and mentor a team of supervisors, pickers, and equipment operators. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Act as the super-user for our (SAP) and WMS, ensuring all digital transactions mirror physical movements instantly.</li><li>Maintain a gold-standard safety environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA/HSE regulations and overseeing the maintenance of warehouse equipment and AMRs.</li><li>Implement initiatives, such as optimizing packaging to reduce waste and managing reverse logistics for eco-friendly returns.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
