You Will:<ul><li>
Plan and support research activities, from scheduling participants to preparing interview guides and survey materials.</li><li>
Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys with consumers and professionals.</li><li>
Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Utilize data to analyze user behavior, validate hypotheses, and inform research insights.</li><li>
Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to ensure user insights are integrated into product development.</li><li>
Contribute to building and refining user personas, segmentations, and journey maps.</li><li>
Support the development of research operations (participant recruitment, knowledge management, templates, etc.) to scale research impact across the company.</li></ul> 
You Are:<ul><li>
Holding a Bachelor's / Master's degree in the social sciences, design, or a quantitative field (e.g. Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Design, Business, Engineering).</li><li>
A fresh graduate or early in your career with up to 2 years of related experience (e.g., UX, User, Product Research).</li><li>
A curious and empathetic person, motivated to uncover what users really need and how they experience our product.</li><li>
Comfortable conducting interviews, facilitating usability tests, and observing user behavior. 
Familiar with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and able to combine them to tell a full story.</li><li>
Proficient in, or willing to learn, SQL to query data and validate insights with quantitative evidence.</li><li>
Willing to experiment with emerging tools (including AI) to improve research workflows and analysis, while keeping user insights at the center.</li><li>
Skilled at communicating findings clearly and confidently to different audiences.</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>
Open to feedback, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing as a researcher.</li><li>
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.</li></ul>

Be the owner of brand image and reputation related topics of 3 brands in 14 countries;</li><li>
Manage relations with creative and media agencies to ensure effective execution of offline marketing and PR activities;</li><li>
Build, maintain, and monitor brand guidelines to ensure that it is executed across all channels;</li><li>
Design and implement brand related researches in different countries;</li><li>
Plan and follow up the yearly marketing budget of marketing communications projects;</li><li>
Track the performance of offline marketing campaigns in its primary target group, adjust marketing activities based on always up-to-date data.</li></ul> 

You Are:<ul><li>
Holding a Bachelor's / Master's degree from a top school with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business departments.</li><li>
Experienced in related fields minimum 4 years.</li><li>
Experienced in marketing communication or brand management.</li><li>
Experienced in managing PR and media agencies.</li><li>
Experienced in managing stakeholders in different countries</li><li>
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).</li><li>
Highly analytical.</li><li>
Courageous to face with ambiguity and uncertainty.</li><li>
A self-starter with a can-do attitude.</li><li>
Passionate about learning and scaling new businesses.</li></ul>
