Job descriptionWe are looking for the UK Accounts ExecutiveRoles and Responsibility:1. Manage accounting functions like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and other accounting activity.2. Posting of bank transactions3. Liaise with suppliers where required4. Supplier Statement reconciliations5. Allocation of receipts and payments against the invoices6. General entry-level month-end adjustments like accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, and other monthly adjustments.7. Preparing various analyses as required.8. Preparing monthly process-driven reports/MIS Reports.9. To produce Debtors' and creditors' ageing reports and review10. Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations11. Monthly Management account packs.12. End to End monthly accounts13. Undertaking additional duties assigned by management.Essential:1. 0-3 years of experience in UK Accounting is preferred. Bcom, CA, ACCA, CA Inter with good English communication are welcome.2. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office3. Strong English communication skills4. Good accounting knowledge is also a requirement for this position.Work Timings:12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST from April to October.
