Key Responsibilities:1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all stages from job posting to onboarding, including screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.2. Sourcing &amp; Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent, build talent pipelines, and drive employer branding.<ul><li>Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.</li><li>Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive journey for all applicants, from initial contact to offer acceptance.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Metrics: Maintain recruitment reports and track KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve processes.</li><li>Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attributes: Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR/recruitment.</li></ul>Qualifications: Graduation in any field.Salary: Upto 30000/- per monthJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
