Austin law firm Arnold, Placek &amp; Foerster, P.C. is looking for a 3-5 year associate to join our insurance and business litigation practice. This is a full-time position for someone eager to take the next step in their legal career running their own docket and working together on other cases with our small group of capable and experienced litigators. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent communication and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a desire for deposition and courtroom experience. You will handle all phases of litigation: case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial, along with administrative and alternative dispute resolution within a team setting.<ul><li>If you are looking for a firm dedicated to your development as a well-rounded litigator, with the opportunity to manage your own cases, and with reasonable billing targets, please let us hear from you!
