Requirements:

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct legal research to support litigation</li><li>Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt</li><li>Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel</li><li>Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations</li><li>Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school</li><li>Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction</li><li>Significant experience in litigation</li><li>Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Experience with law office software and tools</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work</li></ul>
Skills:<ul><li>Ability to negotiate effectively</li><li>Familiarity with law office software and tools</li></ul>
Work Location: Vermont
Pay: discuss at the time of the interview
Expected hours: 1 &ndash; 40 per week
