Backend Operations Executive &ndash; Tours, Travels &amp; Event Management Location: Chembur, Mumbai Experience: 1&ndash;3 Years | Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to manage end-to-end backend operations for tour bookings and event coordination. The role requires strong coordination, documentation skills, attention to detail, and calm decision-making to ensure smooth execution of travel and event services.Key Responsibilities Manage backend operations for domestic and international tour bookings Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, DMCs, and travel partners Prepare itineraries, vouchers, booking confirmations, invoices, and quotations Support the sales team with cost sheets, package details, and timely documentation Handle billing, payments, reconciliations, and follow-ups with vendors and clients Maintain accurate booking records, customer databases, and MIS reports Handle post-travel follow-ups, customer feedback, and issue resolution Coordinate with event vendors including venues, caterers, decorators, logistics, and AV partners Assist in event planning, scheduling, and execution timelines Manage backend documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and expense sheets Provide backend support to on-ground event teams before and during events Track vendor deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets Maintain operational trackers, checklists, and internal reports Act as a single coordination point between clients, vendors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with internal processes, timelines, and service standardsRequired Skills &amp; Fitment Strong Excel skills (data tracking, MIS, reconciliations) and proficiency in MS Office High presence of mind with the ability to stay calm in fast-paced or pressure situations  Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines without getting hyper Excellent written communication and documentation skills Basic knowledge of travel operations and/or event management processes Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work Passion for travel; candidates who genuinely enjoy travel and event planning will be the right fitJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
