We help homeowners and businesses stay comfortable year-round with reliable heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute digital strategies that expand our brand, increase customer inquiries, and strengthen our reputation in the HVAC industry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and lead digital marketing strategies that drive HVAC service leads.</li><li>Execute SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.</li><li>Digital content creation (graphics, social posts, landing pages, email templates, ads, and more).</li><li>Analyze campaign performance (CPL, conversions, website traffic).</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI.</li><li>Lead internal marketing team and coordinate with external HVAC vendors.</li><li>Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing (HVAC or home services preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, analytics, and CRM tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
