We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business sales across different verticals and industries, primarily navigating and negotiating large complex deals. Array&rsquo;s next chapter of growth will come as a result of driving revenue and partnering across multiple stakeholders to solution meaningful offerings for prospects. This role will report to our SVP of Sales.

You Will:
<ul>
<li>Identify and engage key enterprise prospects through targeted outreach and strategic networking with financial institutions.</li>
<li>Drive full-cycle sales, from initial contact to contract negotiation and close, ensuring disciplined follow-ups.</li>
<li>Build and nurture enterprise senior-level relationships to expand opportunities and drive long-term value.</li>
<li>Position Array&rsquo;s solutions to address enterprise clients' pain points and business objectives.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and adhere to structured sales processes to optimize conversion rates.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine offerings and enhance client engagement.</li>
<li>Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul>
<li>10+ years of large enterprise sales experience.</li>
<li>Experience as a founder or multiple hat wearer building and selling a product from scratch.</li>
<li>Proven experience selling across multiple industries including financial services</li>
<li>Experience selling new business deals</li>
<li>Worked with deal times and multiple stakeholders to successfully close deals</li>
<li>Tailored strategic selling strategies by mapping the account of a prospect, understanding the key decision makers and buyers in order to drive value</li>
<li>Stay current on industry and market trends</li>
<li>A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.</li>
</ul>
Pay Transparency: $150,000+ for base salary, depending on experience. This role will offer commission.

As a Client Success Manager at Array, you will create an unparalleled client experience by providing strategic partnership and tailored solutions for their book of accounts. You will drive revenue growth from Array&rsquo;s existing accounts by building strong relationships and identifying ways to help clients achieve their goals via Array&rsquo;s suite of products.

CSMs work collaboratively with product, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver innovative offerings that align with client needs, helping them accelerate growth and achieve success in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

You will:</h3>
<ul><li>Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on understanding their business objectives and challenges, developing a tailored strategy, and executing to help achieve their goals.</li>
<li>Take ownership of your clients throughout all phases of their relationship with Array, including deployment, launch, ongoing optimization, and ultimately expansion and renewal.</li>
<li>Proactively problem solve for your clients by resolving or anticipating issues</li>
<li>Identify, pursue, and lead complex growth opportunities based on strong previous performance and client relationships, including expansion into additional Array products.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that align with each client's growth goals.</li>
<li>Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, positioning Array as a knowledgeable and trusted partner.</li>
<li>Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster&mdash;it&rsquo;s your default, not an afterthought.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">You have:</h3>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in B2B Client Success roles, owning a book of strategic accounts and being responsible for client health, retention and revenue growth in the ballpark of $5+ million in ARR.</li>
<li>A proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact, strategic relationships, preferably within the financial sector.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of growing and retaining and growing accounts via excellent client service.</li>
<li>An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership of the success of your accounts.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the financial industry and an understanding of the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, and Credit Services Organizations is a plus!</li>
<li>A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.</li>

As a Channel Manager at Array, you will own the channel relationship end-to-end, serving as the strategic leader responsible for partner engagement, performance, and growth. You will manage the P&amp;L, align executives, enable partner sales teams, and drive co-marketing initiatives. Your focus will be building and scaling a high-impact, partner-driven pipeline that delivers measurable revenue results. This role reports to the SVP of Partnerships.

You will:

You have:

<li>5+ years of proven experience in channel, partner, or alliances roles with ownership of revenue and pipeline outcomes.</li>
<li>Experience leading executive-level engagements such as QBRs and strategic planning sessions.</li>
<li>A track record of building and scaling partner-driven pipeline.</li>
<li>Experience enabling partner sales teams and driving consistent partner engagement. 
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.</li>

You Will:

<li>Work collaboratively with leadership to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Be the face of the company, create relationships with clients, and will apply sales strategies while promoting our growth.</li>
<li>Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will execute on those needs.</li>

<li>Research prospect companies and plan sales discussions that contribute to client's business Array's solutions.</li>

You Have:

<li>6+ years of sales experience in SaaS and B2B sales specifically within Fintech, or Fintech adjacent areas.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Effective Sales Leader with an established history of prospecting new clients, generating leads, and closing sales.</li>
<li>Outstanding ability to explain technical products to a non-technical audience.</li>
<li>Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in new and innovative ways.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.</li>
</ul>
