 About The Role
 
 
 
 Kindly bear in mind, the role is temporarily remote till Spring 2026, after which you'll be expected to work onsite from our Ras Al-Khaimah office.
 
 
 
 What You'll Be Doing
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Vendor Management: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure terms that are favorable for the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors, ensuring contract terms meet the company&rsquo;s needs and deliver value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sourcing and Purchasing: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requesting quotes, evaluating bids, and issuing purchase orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and optimize procurement spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery process, ensuring goods and services are received on time and meet quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (finance, operations, etc.) to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored support
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting: Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance, and generate reports as needed.

 What We Ask Of You
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Qualifications and Experience:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Skills and Competencies:

 Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
