Job Description 
The Operations Administrator at Arrive Alive Traffic Control, part of the AWP Safety family, is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily traffic control operations across Central Florida. This role manages scheduling, job tracking, contractor communication, and equipment deployment to ensure seamless field operations. Accuracy, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
Operations &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>
Schedule and adjust daily labor and equipment assignments.</li><li>
Coordinate with team members to ensure full coverage.</li><li>
Respond to service calls and job updates in real-time.</li><li>
Communicate with contractors to obtain plans, schedule post mounting, and confirm job details.</li><li>
Submit utility locate requests for upcoming installations.</li></ul>
System &amp; Ticket Management<ul><li>
Create, update, and finalize job tickets in company systems.</li><li>
Track job progress and ensure billing accuracy.</li><li>
Conduct service checks for long-term projects (30+ days).</li></ul>
Fleet &amp; Equipment Oversight<ul><li>
Schedule rental equipment delivery, pickup, and returns.</li><li>
Monitor vehicle tracking systems (e.g., Samsara) and report any infractions.</li><li>
Manage fuel cards, equipment supplies, and inventory needs.</li></ul>
Timekeeping &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Verify and approve employee time records.</li><li>
Submit weekly time reports and purchase order requests.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to operational policies, safety practices, and internal standards.</li></ul>
Customer Service &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>
Provide exceptional communication and support to contractors and internal teams.</li><li>
Conduct occasional field visits to evaluate job quality and crew performance.</li><li>
Support continuous improvement of service delivery and operational efficiency.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, traffic control, operations, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and mapping/navigation tools.</li><li>
Ability to quickly learn dispatching, tracking, and recordkeeping systems.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills and ability to reinforce compliance and work standards.</li><li>
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high-pressure environment.</li><li>
High integrity, strong work ethic, and reliable decision-making.</li><li>
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.</li><li>

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate&rsquo;s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
