What You&rsquo;ll Do:

<li>Growth &amp; Development: You will collaborate with our leadership to help draft and refine employee development plans.</li>
<li>Operational Integrity: You will assist in reviewing accountability standards to ensure our teams are set up for success.</li>
<li>Data &amp; Reporting: You will use Excel to build reports that help us track HR metrics and project progress.</li>
<li>Project Management: You will support the team in executing various HR initiatives from beginning to end.</li>
<li>People Support: You will engage with different departments to understand their needs and support the overall employee experience.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Current Student: You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>

<li>Detail Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and can manage sensitive information with care.</li>
<li>Strong Communicator: You can express ideas clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences.</li>
<li>Previous Experience: A previous HR internship is a major plus but is not required.</li>
