About This Role

<li>Craft the full-stack: Move fluently across user research, behavioral analytics, ideation, prototyping and validation in production.</li>
<li>Pixel precision meets pragmatism: High design craft and attention to detail, but always in service of shipping fast&mdash;you know when to perfect and when to focus on what&rsquo;s next.</li>
<li>Data-informed judgment caller: Understand user behavior through analytics and research, make design decisions backed by evidence, and know when to trust both data and experience.</li>
<li>Ship in tight loops: Design, prototype in code using AI tools, test with users, and iterate at velocity&mdash;not through gatekeeping processes.</li>
<li>AI as creative force multiplier and core competency: Treat AI mastery as an essential, evolving part of your craft&mdash;not a side skill. Proficient in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini; skilled with Figma's AI tools; familiar with Lovable, Bolt, Make, MagicPatterns and similar; working knowledge of Cursor or Claude Code. Experiment publicly with new tools, share what you learn, and continuously evolve how you design and build as AI capabilities advance.</li>
<li>Design systems thinking: Leverage and evolve our existing design system; think in systems across white-labeled product variants so your work scales intelligently across multiple audiences.</li>
<li>Own your pod, elevate the whole: Drive design decisions autonomously within your product pod alongside engineers and product partners, while staying tightly synced with the broader design team to align on vision, raise the collective bar, and keep the work coherent across the product.</li>
<li>Close to the problem: Stay embedded in user problems, travel insights, and business outcomes&mdash;no handoffs to specialists; you connect research to shipped code.</li>
<li>Builder's mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, shipping rapidly, learning from real-world data, and evolving your approach based on what actually works&mdash;not what looked good in a deck.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience: 5&ndash;8 years of product design experience designing for Web and Native applications.</li>
<li>Technical Breadth: Deep proficiency with Figma for interaction/visual design and systems thinking, combined with working fluency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and prototyping in code.</li>
<li>AI Tooling: 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI design and coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Figma's AI tools, Lovable, Bolt, MagicPatterns) in professional workflows.</li>
<li>Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of user research methods and experience with behavioral analytics for data-informed decision-making.</li>
<li>System Design: Proven ability to build, evolve, and maintain design systems and component libraries at scale.</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.</li>

About This Role

<li>Orchestrate the Stack: Design, build, and ship complex features and services for a global travel platform, owning delivery from initial design through to production.</li>
<li>AI as Core Competency: Treat agentic coding tools as essential parts of your daily workflow. You aren't just using them for boilerplate; you&rsquo;re using them for architecture, refactoring, and complex logic.</li>
<li>Build the &quot;Glue&quot;: Build and configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to connect AI agents to our internal tools, data sources, and platform services.</li>
<li>Revitalize &amp; Refactor: Use AI agents to breathe new life into existing services through smart migrations, cloud-native patterns, and aggressive technical debt reduction.</li>
<li>Automate the Boring Stuff: Identify and build internal agentic workflows that automate repetitive tasks like testing, documentation, and code review triage.</li>
<li>Own the Outcome: Drive decisions autonomously within your pod. You balance speed, scalability, and maintainability, with results measured by real-world performance and SLOs.</li>
<li>Mentor the Next Gen: Lead by example and mentor junior engineers on the productive, secure, and high-quality use of AI-assisted development tools.</li>
<li>Guardian of Trust: Ensure the privacy, security, and performance of AI-generated code, validating every line for correctness before it reaches our members.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience: 5&ndash;8 years of professional full-stack development experience building scalable web applications and microservices.</li>
<li>Agentic Mastery: 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in a professional production environment.</li>
<li>Polyglot Proficiency: Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET.</li>
<li>Technical Depth: Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and a solid understanding of RESTful API design.</li>
<li>AI Infrastructure: Working knowledge of MCP, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, and LangChain. You understand how to connect LLMs to data.</li>
<li>Cloud &amp; DevOps: Experience architecting on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed messaging (Redis, Kafka).</li>
<li>The Builder's Mindset: Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging AI tools and a track record of experimenting publicly with new workflows to stay ahead of the curve.</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.</li>
