What you'll be doing:</b></p><p>
Provides accurate solutions to user problems to ensure user's productivity.<br>
Responds to all web Tickets received by the Lv1 team (Email, Web Tickets).<br>
Follows escalation processes and refers more difficult and time consuming issues to the next corresponding support group when appropriate.<br>
Maintains a professional support image at all times being courteous and helpful.<br>
Enhances and develops quality support methods and communication skills through coaching and feedback.<br>
Assists in the resolution of user and support issues among company sites to ensure timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on<br>
customer satisfaction.<br>
Acquires and maintains current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions<br>
to customers.<br>
Assists in special product-related issues as needed.<br>
First point of contact for providing support for all IT applications and systems to internal end users.<br>
Applies knowledge of information systems and services to investigate and identify applications, systems and network problems. Uses tools,<br>
techniques and knowledge bases to resolve issues.</p><p></p><p><b>
What We Are Looking For:</b><br>
Has minimum 3 years of experience in a could apps knowledge / global service delivery team.<br>
Has solid knowledge of IT service norms such as customer satisfaction, call closure norms such as response time, resolution time, etc.<br>
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>
Has a good understanding of how the IT helpdesk function integrates with other IT functions in accomplishing the desired results in the<br>
required areas.<br>
Has experience in exercising tact and diplomacy for sensitive situations.<br>
Has aptitude to understand Arrow procedures, evaluate appropriate alternatives and make a judgment based on the analysis of factual<br>
information.<br>
Willingness to work in 24*&amp; 7 environment<br>
Willing to work in night shifts<br>

Position Overview:</b><br>
The BI Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support Arrow&rsquo;s business insights and analytics needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization principles, with good experience in working with data modeling techniques.</p><p></p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards and data models, to provide actionable business insights.</li><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>
Integrate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud-based services, into cohesive BI reports.</li><li>
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards.</li><li>
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic business decisions.</li><li>
Optimize BI solutions for performance and usability.</li><li>
Develop and maintain data models to support efficient querying and reporting.</li><li>
Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use BI tools and reports.</li><li>

What We Are Looking For</b></p><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>
9+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis and reporting</li><li>
Strong proficiency in BI tools (preferred Power BI)</li><li>
Proficient in SQL and database management systems.</li><li>
Understanding of digital business operations and metrics.</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Preferred Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.</li><li>
Azure Databricks familiarity or prior use</li><li>
Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik &ndash; preferred Power BI).</li><li>
Experience with extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of Salesforce data into BI systems</li><li>
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R.</li><li>
Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics.</li><li>
